What exactly am I getting when I order a ForeverSong?

A custom song written and produced for the person and story you tell us about. Each order includes a private song page with your full track, lyrics, and a shareable link. Standard orders stream online; an MP3 download is available with the Commercial License add-on.

Can I really write a song about… that?

Yes. Weddings, funerals, a 40th anniversary, the dog who didn't make it, your sister who finally moved out, the colleague retiring after thirty years. There is no story too small, too weird, or too tender. If it matters to you, it can become a song.

Do I need to know anything about music or songwriting?

Not even a little. The wizard asks plain-English questions about the person and the moment — names, memories, the small specific things. We handle the writing, melody-building, and producing from there.

How quickly will my song be delivered and can I get it via SMS?

Most songs are delivered within 24 hours of ordering. You will receive an order confirmation immediately, followed by a separate delivery email with your song page link as soon as your track is ready. You can also provide your phone number to receive a notification via SMS with a link to your song preview. Don't forget to get rush delivery if you need it quickly.

Where can I play and share my song?

Sharing your ForeverSongs link with friends and family is always free. Send it via email or text, or share it on your favorite socials — don't forget to tag us! You can play your song at any personal occasion. To use the audio file in a video, podcast, presentation, or other commercial project, add the Commercial License from your song page.

I never received my delivery email. Where is my song?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If your delivery email is not there, visit foreversongs.com to look up your order and resend the link to your inbox. If you think there may have been a mistake when submitting your email, please email us at support@foreversongs.com so that we can assist.

How do I request a change to my song?

Click the Redo button on your song page and describe what you would like adjusted. Updated versions are typically delivered within 1 to 3 days. For pronunciation corrections, please spell the word phonetically in your request (for example, "Tah-lah-nah-kah"). Please note that requesting a redo will change the entirety of the song.
